We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Paypal. Please note that we don’t accept cash, personal checks, or money orders for online purchases. We also don’t ship orders C.O.D. We ship to the continental United States.
At the end of your checkout process, you’ll see a confirmation page notifying you that your order is being processed. We encourage you to print this message for your records. When you’ve completed checking out online, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. Your order will typically ship within 24 hours when possible.

We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped to Florida. Sales tax will be assessed on the total purchase*, including shipping/handling charges (as required.)

Online orders are pulled and packed Monday-Saturday and shipped within 24 hours when possible. Orders placed on Sunday and select holidays are processed on the next business day. Keep Me In Stitches, Inc. does not ship internationally at this time.

Any purchase made on our web-store is eligible to be picked up in store, with no shipping fees, with the exception of digital products. Orders are prepared for pick up Monday-Saturday during normal business hours. Orders placed on Sunday and select holidays are processed on the next business day. An email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout when your order is ready. We ask that you pick up your order within 1 week of purchase.

Some products may be returned for store credit within 30 days of the original purchase if they are unopened and in “like-new” condition. Any shipping on returns will be the responsibility of the customer. All returned items must include a copy of the receipt, your e-mail address, shipping address and phone number. Exclusions include sewing machines, fabric, books, patterns, digital products and some tools.
If items are damaged in shipment, we are happy to replace them. We will reimburse all shipping costs incurred when returning damaged goods and will send replacement merchandise at no cost. Please include any return information requested during the initial correspondence.

Currently, gift cards are available for purchase for use at our brick and mortar stores only. Once purchased, a hard-copy gift card will be mailed. All gift card purchases are final. Gift cards cannot be returned, exchanged or redeemed for cash (unless required by state law), and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
